Maintenance & Compliance
Regular maintenance is essential to ensure equipment continues to perform safely, consistently, and in line with regulatory expectations. We provide preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing to keep equipment operating to manufacturer standards, with clear service records maintained to support council requirements. Our team services clinics nationwide, travelling regularly from Kerikeri to Invercargill to support equipment in both metropolitan and regional locations. This proactive approach helps reduce unexpected breakdowns and extends the usable life of your equipment.

Repairs
When equipment fails, downtime impacts your clinic immediately. Our repair service is focused on fast, practical fault diagnosis and reliable fixes that get equipment back into service as quickly as possible. We operate with both in-house workshop engineers and field service engineers, allowing us to assess the most efficient repair pathway for each situation. For larger systems, we can also assist with organising freight to our Auckland workshop where required. Our priority is always to determine the most cost-effective and timely solution to minimise disruption and get your equipment up and running again.

Other Brand Repairs
While we primarily services and supports the equipment brands we supply, we recognise that many clinics operate a mix of systems-some of which no longer have local service support in New Zealand.
As a small country geographically distant from many manufacturers, access to timely technical support from overseas suppliers can often be limited. When equipment fails and there is no local agent available, clinics are left with few options. We understand this can be a difficult position for a busy clinic.
