About Cosmetech
Cosmetech was founded in 2019 by Dale and Maddie with a clear purpose: to give New Zealand clinics access to exceptional aesthetic equipment, backed by the kind of technical expertise and after-market support that the industry had been missing. In the years since, we have grown into New Zealand's most experienced aesthetic equipment company - building a team, a supplier network, and a service capability that no other provider in this space can match.
Our Story
Dale started his career as a Mechanical Engineer in Australia, and moved into aesthetic equipment engineering after relocating to New Zealand in 2014. He spent over a decade as Head of Engineering for New Zealand's largest multi-site clinic networks, where he developed a deep, practical understanding of what it takes to keep equipment performing in high-demand clinical environments. Dale leads Cosmetech's engineering operations and oversees service delivery nationwide, with a focus on fast response times, practical solutions, and keeping clinics running without disruption.
Maddie has spent her life in the beauty and aesthetics industry. Having worked across clinic operations in roles spanning reception, sales, treatment development, research and development, and skincare formulation, she brings a genuine understanding of both clinical outcomes and the commercial pressures clinic owners face. Maddie leads Cosmetech's equipment offering and client relationships, with a focus on sourcing products that genuinely perform and supporting clinics in growing their businesses.
Together, Dale and Maddie have built Cosmetech into a business they are proud of - one that combines real engineering capability with deep industry knowledge, and that puts clinics first in everything it does.
