Booster Handpiece

Next-Generation Skin Booster

The Booster handpiece combines microneedling with electroporation technology to dramatically enhance the absorption of active ingredients deep into the dermis. Operating at up to 6,000 RPM with 2,700 insertions per second, it covers treatment areas quickly and efficiently while achieving absorption rates up to 2,416% greater than topical application. Available in 9, 19, and 27 pin configurations, it is optimised for skin booster treatments, scalp treatments, and active ingredient infusion across the face and body.

Multi Handpiece

Versatile RF Microneedling

The Multi handpiece is the most customisable handpiece in the TwinPixel system, offering 6 RF modes, 6 needle types (insulated and non-insulated in 10, 25, and 49 pin), and adjustable needle depth from 0.5-4.0mm. Its dual-depth RF delivery targets two skin depths in a single needle insertion, treating more tissue layers in less time. Vacuum-assisted skin contact ensure consistent, precise energy delivery throughout the treatment. The RF tip can be used safely in close proximity to the eye area, effectively treating eye bags and heavy, lax eyelids - a highly requested concern that most devices cannot address. Ideal for acne scarring, wrinkles, skin laxity, enlarged pores, redness, and stretch marks across face and body.

Single Handpiece

Targeted Lesion Treatment

The Single handpiece is designed for precise, targeted treatment of specific lesions and hard-to-reach areas. A right-angled handpiece design provides clear visibility and precise control, while needle depth adjusts from 0.1-5.0mm without tip replacement. Available in three needle thicknesses (Ø0.25, Ø0.3, Ø0.4), it is particularly effective for acne treatment - targeting the malfunctioning follicle or oil gland directly so that a breakout cannot recur in that location, offering clients a genuinely permanent solution to persistent problem areas. Also highly effective for comedonal acne, syringoma and blackheads.
