When equipment fails, every day of downtime costs your clinic revenue. Our repair service covers a wide range of equipment - from IPL and laser machines to RF microneedling, HIFU, LED panels and more - with both in-workshop engineers and field service engineers operating nationwide. For smaller devices, a convenient courier-in service is available.
Annual servicing is a requirement for many aesthetic and electrical devices in New Zealand. We provide electrical safety testing, energy output calibration and preventative maintenance - keeping your equipment safe, accurate and compliant. Service records can be provided after every visit to support council and insurance requirements.
